Kunama 1957

I.S.C.F. Notes

I.S.C.F. started this year at our school for the first time and we would like to thank Mr. Laughlin for giving us permission to continue with cur weekly Thursday meetings. We try to apply what we have learnt at I.S.C.F. to our daily lives and to generally help others in every way that we can at home or at school and anywhere else that we can.

During this year we have had two outings and hope to have more in the future. The first was to the Murrumbidgee River on a bicycle picnic which was enjoyed by everyone. Later we hiked to the top of Mt. Gladstone and in spite of a couple of burnt chops and blistered heels we had good fun and were accompanied by Miss Foster from the Primary School.

In our weekly meetings we have had talks by various people on the different walks of life; Bible talks and studies; and an occasional Bible quiz which provide a good deal of fun as well as being interesting and educational.

We do have good times at I.S.C.F. and if you are not doing anything in particular at lunch-times on Thursdays come and join us in the Needlework room.

THE I.S.C.F. DEPUTY LEADER
